No problem getting any questions asked, answered. Took time to explain the problems encountered. Went out of their way to get the job done, turned out there were issues with the furnace. I hired Desmond for an AC and heating install. Desmond spent time explaining the different options and was really diligent about selecting the right option for us. Never pushy.
